I started as a collegiate athlete, where training wasn't optional, it was who I was. Then came corporate America, and I watched what it does to people. Over ten years in that world I saw coworkers, friends, and family lose themselves to the job and the obligations. Health became the first thing sacrificed and excuses became the language. Long hours justified skipped workouts. Stress justified bad eating. I refused to let that become my story. Calisthenics kept me grounded, and mastering my own bodyweight taught me patience, precision, and how to earn every inch of progress. That standard became my lifestyle, and it's the same standard I bring to every client I coach.
My coaching style is direct. I'm not standing there counting reps while you go through the motions. I'm in your ear, correcting your form, pushing you past the point where you'd quit on your own. Every session has a purpose, every set gets finished, and nothing gets left on the table. Effort is non-negotiable with me, because half effort builds half results, and I don't train for half results.
I train by the 30/60/90 rule
Stay with the process and the process takes care of you.
I hold my clients accountable because I hold myself accountable first. The consistency I ask of you is the consistency I live daily. I was a nonbeliever once too. The work made me a believer, and if you're willing to put it in, it will do the same for you.
The work don't lie.
